Micromax has issued a statement announcing that it will be rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for their Micromax Unite 2 phones, which have gained popularity in the Indian market. This will be an over-the-air update and would require a simple process to update, the Micromax release said. Micromax Unite 2 is a dual-Sim phone and offers 21 languages on a single handset. Featuring a 4.7-inch screen, the phone uses a Bright Graph IPS display with and offers a screen resolution of 480×800 pixels. There is a 5 megapixel rear camera with auto focus features, along with a 2-megapixel front facing camera. Provided with a quad-core processor, Unite 2 works at a speed of 1.3GHz supported by a 1GB RAM.
